25+ Years of Helping People Do Hard Things

Let Me Help You

I believe in the power of talk therapy and that we thrive from human connection and support. I’ve been helping individuals improve their mental health since 1997. Mental health is my passion. I enjoy listening and helping people heal.

My favorite areas to help individuals with are relationships (relationships of all kinds, including the relationship with yourself), life transitions, and faith concerns. Some of the causes of these difficulties in these areas are anxiety, depression, grief, parenting stressors, women’s issues, self-esteem and self-awareness challenges.

We can create a plan to navigate them all and improve your overall wellness. I believe that people have the ability to change and experience personal growth. I will believe in you and cheer you on as you become the person you desire to become.

Currently offering virtual Therapy sessions in Virginia and Georgia.

Love for Darsha

It’s not going too far to say that therapy has had a life-changing effect for me. Before I started working with Darsha I was not leaving my house, neglecting my relationships, and neglecting taking care of myself. Through working with her not only have I been able to recapture some of my life, I’ve also gained insight into certain nuances of my traumas I was not aware of before, which is ideal for me to sustain a long-term recovery. I couldn’t imagine having to work with another therapist after working with her.

Current Client

I have been seeing Darsha for over a year and a half. She is, above all, an excellent listener. I feel safe and respected when I talk with her. She seems to have an elephant's memory, remembering things I've told her in the past and connecting them with what is going on today in ways that are always beneficial and supportive. Darsha always brings solid, real-life strategies to help me handle challenges and move forward toward my mental health goals. Darsha is warm and wonderful. I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to work with her and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone struggling with mental health issues!
